Приятный чистый отель. Очень гостеприимный персонал, мгновенно откликающийся на все пожелания.

My family and I loved everything about our stay, from the friendly staff and excellent facilities to the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were thoughtful and attentive throughout our visit. The highlight was an unexpected surprise for my daughter’s birthday: a staff member brought out a cake with candles, making the celebration even more special. Thank you for such a wonderful and memorable stay!
I liked everything.

Понравилась встреча, первое знакомство, неожиданное приветственное письмо от директора и презент

When I complained hotel management promised to fix things and they try, but facilities are totally inappropriate for this price
Several things totally disappointed:
1. AC was not working properly
2. The mattress was terribly, terribly tough, seems like a wooden plate
3. Hot water in the shower not working properly
4. Window handles broken - cannot open the window
