The room was clean and there was a well-functioning air conditioner. The window to the street was nice. The size of the bes was perfect for one person and the amenities, including the kettle and the safe box- worked well. There is a restaurant on the first floor where I tried their dilicious Caesar salad for about 3.5 euros. Next to the hotel, you can find a few very traditional Caykhane's if you are into real brewed tea and local non-touristy vibes.
You will need to climb 2 or 3 floors' stairs as there is not a lift in the building. The spa word you see in the name of the hotel is more of a marketing feature than anything you would want to use. The hotel is good enough without needing to advertise itself with that.

I am in the single room, it has a window, fridge, kettle, AC, great bed, wifi, couldn't be happier

Good Hotel, the hotel staff was very friendly, there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel to get to the center in 10 minutes.
We also had dinner in the restaurant and we were satisfied.

Staff helped me a lot, even organized a taxi to send me to Baku something i had forgotten.
The rooms are big and the shower is hot. Toilet well condtioned
Breakfast could be improved. No coffee 😬
