The property was well maintained and the caretaker, Mr. Loutfi, was extremely helpful with prompt response! A very polite person!
The facilities provided by the property like Gym and swimming pool are excellent. Since the property is by the Dubai Canal, it is a beautiful place to go for walks. The security guards were also were nice and polite and helpful
There is construction work going on just near the property and there is sound disturbance and the air is always dusty.

Beautiful large flat on the canal. Exactly as described and beautifully decorated. Easy check in and check out and Nox were very accommodating and helpful.
