Nice view, comfortable bed, parking.
High price and ad mentions parking but fails to mention this is in addition to the already high rental rate.
Entering and exiting the building is confusing and annoying with two separate elevators (one you have to walk to the complete other side of the building to access) to reach the unit on the way in. It took me close to 15 minutes just to get out of the building each day due to number of floors and stops on elevator.
You have to make several trips in and out when arriving to get parking fob and access to unit. Same process when leaving.
Unwelcoming vibe from residents and frequent plaques and posters reiterating the building is not a hotel throughout the halls and elevators.
