This was an absolutely beautiful property! We were so appreciative to be able to bring our senior dog with us. There is a fully enclosed and fenced backyard with nice grass and landscaping, and plenty of room for her to roam. Also a beautiful deck with a firepit and nice table and chairs. We didn't use the firepit, but it looked to be in good condition. Front yard was also fenced in and nicely xeriscaped - a convenient feature with the dog, also. The house was immaculately clean and well stocked. 3 BR, two full bathrooms, and also a convenient powder room off the living room. Two sliding glass doors leading to the backyard - opening both let in a lovely breeze, making air conditioning almost unnecessary. Washer/dryer located in a closet right off the living room. TVs in every room. Big fridge w ice maker. Large kitchen table - perfect for playing games. Even amongst the other houses on the street, very private-feeling. On kind of busier road, but not an issue at all-very quiet.Perfect location! A mile from the beach, straight down the road, which dead ends in the parking lot for the beach. Lot was small, but we never had a problem finding a spot. Great beach. House had a foldable wagon, bg boards, sand toys, chairs, etc -everything you need for the beach. Also had beach towels, although I was glad that we brought our own, bigger-sized towels with us. Full-service cute supermarket a block away.Not enough room here to say it all! 1000% will stay here again!

The house was fabulous.
I will NEVER rent from VACASA again:
All texts are automated. I called and spoke to a 'Manager' regarding the gate being left open repeatedly (lawn, garbage/recycle bins) and NOTHING was done about it. I finally emailed two gentlemen I found on the Internet and two signs were produced to hang near gates, however the lawn maintenance still came and the gate was STILL left open. I deserve a credit for having no BBQ as the propane tanks sit on the deck unattached (mentioned to 'manager', no response) ~ I have date photos to prove it.
I WILL NEVER RENT A PLACE RELATED TO VACASA AGAIN and I rent all over the place and often.
