The location is central. Easy walk to major sites in Rome. Very close to Trevi Fountain. A lot of restaurants around the area. Our room is very spacious and with most amenities needed. Bathroom is spacious and modern. The staff are very nice and helpful. Yuliya is an exceptional front desk staff, she's the kindest and helped us a lot. She will make a great Hotel Manager in the future. Overall it was a great stay!
The Rome Marathon closed the streets on the day we checked-out so we have to walk with our luggage to get a taxi. The staff tried their best to arrange us a ride but it was beyond their control.

Staff was super nice. We arrived late and thankful we could still check in. The room we stayed in was huge- nice change from smaller hotels. Location was great- right next to Trevi!
The AC!! We woke up in the middle of the night feeling like we were in a hot sauna! There isn't a way to get in touch with someone so we couldn't go back to sleep. It was too miserable and uncomfortable that we had to wake up and leave at 5am. We asked the hotel if they could do anything for us and they said no. Hotel is expensive and we don't feel we got what was advertised- AC.
