Instructions were easy to follow . Many plates and cooking equipment available and comfortable beds. Quiet overnight and easy walking distance to the cbd Fitzroy gardens and MCG. Free parking on site a bonus .
Would have preferred garage code and lockbox code in messages about entry and facilities to be highlighted at start for easier reference. Car park was quite tight for medium size SUV . Owners belongings were everywhere and created quite a lot of clutter . Two Skylights in open upstairs bedroom not advertised and only described in welcome message . Definitely need eye masks for sleeping . Apartment is quite old with some water damaged cupboards in the bathroom , damaged venetians blinds and chipped old black and white tiles . Much of old scratched cookware could be replaced by one decent stainless steel fry pan. Plates hard to access in cupboard above microwave. Outdoor Pool wasn’t heated so no use in winter . Small spa pool could be heated but right in the open .

Location was excellent, walking distance to trams, trains and MCG. The apartment was very comfortable and felt very homely. The host was friendly, accommodating and very responsive to questions. We loved it
The beds were very hard (no worse than hotel room beds usually are though)
