From the warm welcome to the spacious & clean, well located apartment that has modern style but with character. Fully equipped studio that for me was a real pleasure, more so than a small sterile hotel room.

On a serious note, there is nothing I can complain about. But, some of form of ventilation would have been nice as it was a very warm day and a humid evening. Has a very handy and well equipped Kitchenette with the welcomed fridge. The TV is a big, (literally), surprise with plenty of channels. But if you would rather hit the town, park your car in space provided if you have one, take a quick 5-10 min walk to find a wide choice of bars and restaurants location could not be better. Overall the stay was very nice, comfortable and homely, much more Bang for your Buck than a hotel. Would stay again and recommend to anyone. Thank you owner.

Good location, easy access and parking. Comfortable bed. Has cooking facilities and fridge if needed.

It was very clean and comfortable. It is conveniently situated in Tullamore, near to the N52 which makes it easy to reach without driving through the town but it is also walking distance from the town centre. It is in a quiet area , easy to find and with parking off road right outside the door.

Perhaps a heads up that yea coffee making facilities exist but no actual tea coffee sugar milk
