Caravan itself was lovely, spotlessly clean, great information from host & park. Short walk to lovely beach which wasn't very busy. Nice coffee shack half way down the cliff.
The holiday park was OK as a base but not that nice to spend time in with busy road close by.

The caravan is beautifully presented, modern with all the facilities you need. Really clean and tidy, smelt lovely, really impressed. The caravan is on the corner end of at the back edge of the site so a lovely quiet location - some noise from the traffic on the road adajacent but didn't bother us. There was plenty of room on the grassed area at the front of the caravan for my kids to play, alongside the caravan is a huge communal grassed area which was pretty empty the entire stay - we spent alot of time out there playing! Parking just in front of the caravan made unloading/loading easy. Instructions from the host were clear and easy to follow. Nice artificial grass area on decking along with garden furniture on other side for eating/relaxing outside. A lot of care and thought has obviously gone into this caravan! Didn't use many of the park facilities but passes were available to purchase. Great location for visiting surrounding east coast areas like Scarborough & Whitby - plus Cayton Bay Beach is lovely and only 10 minutes walk from the site (although down a very steep path!) Would definitely come and stay again!

Too near main road and the path leading up to the caravan needed extra paving
