Lovely, modern and spacious home in a beautiful neighborhood just west of Chandler. Property was clean and kitchen was well equipped for cooking. It was also nice to have laundry facilities. Being able to park in the garage was a real bonus - it kept the vehicle out of the hot sun. There is a putting green in the back yard, which was super fun! And, we thoroughly enjoyed evenings on the back patio. Grocery stores (Safeway, Trader Joes, Frys) couldn't be more convenient - less than a half mile away. We chose the home for its proximity to spring training baseball parks, and we were very pleased with the ease of getting to / from the games. Communication with Simon was excellent - he was beyond responsive. We had a small issue with a circuit breaker and Simon came to the property late at night to fix the problem.
Although not a problem for us, guests should be aware that all three bedrooms are on the second floor of the house. This property would probably not be the best choice for those with mobility issues.
