Guests may use the shared year-round commercial hot tub and the 40-by-20 heated outdoor pool, open from May Long Weekend through September Long Weekend. Shared laundry is available in the building.

Designed as a comfortable all-season base, this single-level condo combines open-plan living, mountain views, and room for family, friends, or a golf group. After a day on the slopes, trails, or course, settle in for a meal, relax with the TV, or step onto the deck for fresh mountain air.

• Living room: 1 queen pull-out sofa

Two full bathrooms, each with a shower/tub combination. Beds are complemented by high-quality linens, pillows, and extra pillows and blankets for a restful stay.

The fully equipped kitchen includes new appliances, ample counter space, cookware, a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and dining table. Additional comforts include Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, air conditioning, heating, board games, a high chair, and a kayak.

Outside, enjoy the deck with a propane BBQ, barbecue utensils, outdoor furniture, picnic tables, and green space that turns white in winter. Shared laundry is available in the building, only steps from the unit.
