Located in Corvallis, just three miles from Oregon State University, this well-appointed townhome offers all the amenities you need in a location that's close to all the services you could ask for. This welcoming property features 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds, perfect for a family, a group of friends, or anyone looking for a tranquil getaway. The fully-stocked kitchen and comfortable dining area let you manage meals while enjoying the company of your companions.
Two bathrooms accommodate even busy kids, and the extra en-suite vanity in the Twin Room reduces congestion even more. The upstairs tub offers a hot soak at the end of the day, while the downstairs shower facilitates a quick clean-up after a hike or bike ride.
The living space is large and open to the kitchen and dining room, so you can enjoy all three spaces while lounging in any one of them. Roku TVs (x3) offer you access to your own streaming channels, and the resident turkey flock and deer herd entertain you outside. A single garage doubles the private parking facility - the front driveway is all yours, too.
Just 2 miles east is TimberHill Shopping Mall with groceries, pet supplies, a mailing location, and several fun restaurants. You'll be close to OSU, and downtown is only a 10-minute drive. Note, too, that Corvallis offers free public transit and the bus stop is just 200 from your front door.
