• Smart TV and fast Wi-Fi for streaming, work, and entertainment
• Located in a quiet residential neighborhood

• The kitchen does not include a dishwasher
• Ideal for extended and monthly stays (inquire about special rates)
• Driveway parking available
• Pet friendly - up to 4 pets (if more than 4, MUST submit for approval)
• No smoking, vaping, or recreational drugs
• No parties, events, or large gatherings
• No candles or open flames (inside or outside).

Great location for Perris Airport. Super friendly and helpful host. Very clean. Good parking. There were no coffee cups in kitchen which were quickly delivered when requested. Laundry machines basically knew. Would definitely return.
