Overall fair value for money as I booked very late and was clean and had everything I needed. Location great for Edgbaston. Owner was responsive. Well stocked facilities in the kitchen although I only used the microwave. I was in flat 2 which is set back from the busy Bristol Road - quieter than expected but there were a few sirens.
Wifi was a bit inconsistent in terms of the connection but mostly OK. Couldn't work out the heating in the living room but didn't message the owner as it was late on my last evening and not too cold. A bit.of noise from the other flats - talking and creaking but bearable. Keybox location was awkward to reach and was a bit fiddly to open. Bed was a bit soft and might be slightly on the small side for a larger couple - wasn't a problem for me as I was on my own.

It was very clean.
The outside was not too kept. The weeds should be cleared or cut down.

Good location for cricket and soho.
The main reason for choosing this place was off road parking. As it was test match cricket week I knew parking would be at a premium. When I got there at 7pm there were two cars already on the drive forcing me to park elsewhere. The owner had not provided a contact number so a/ I couldn't do anything about the cars and b/what would I have done in an emegency ?
I don't think the owner was honest with me.
