Location was simply perfect: just across the river is the historical center and just down the street are all the good restaurants. It was bang in a very lively neighborhood and street, but sound proofing was so good and the Aircond was efficient. Once we were inside, we couldn’t tell how much noise there was outside. The property was very cute and good size. we arrived very late due to delayed flight and the host was very accommodating and helpful.
It’s not big, but we didn’t expect it to new we knew what we signed up for.

The location was exceptional. Right at the edge of Trastevere, near all the restaurants and nightlife. It was close to the taxi stand, so easy to get around the city.
The room smelled like sewage. I am almost certain that the shower doesn't have a P trap, which is causing the stench from the sewage to come back up. The shower itself was fine and the bathroom was clean, but the smell wafted throughout the entire place.
The AC didn't cool the place down enough. Even though set at 20, we we sleeping uncovered.
