Ausstattung , Lage, Frühstück einfach genial. Die Mitarbeiter sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend immer hilfsbereit. Besonders an der Rezeption ich würde mehr Sterne vergeben wenn ich könnte!

Clean and really attentive and accommodating staff. Location was walkable to lots of places. Great breakfast in the morning.
Room was a little small, hard to find a place to put luggage. Pool loungers were a little dirty.

Staff were attentive and friendly, great location.
For a 5 star hotel this one falls very short. The rooms were incredibly small with no space to place luggage except on the floor. The gym was a treadmill covered in old sweat and seriously lacking equipment/space and a working air con. We ended up paying $10aud for a local gym per visit. The the spa (which was advertised) was still under construction and the breakfast buffet was incredibly disappointing. I cannot believe the hotel is 5 star. I would honestly give it a high 3, low 4.
