Lovely staff, helped organize transfer to Ninh Binh and book restaurant

Not too noisy - we got complimentary room upgrade to top floor and city view
Right in the middle of the old quarter - beware it’s rather a hectic neighborhood but also many food options around
Small room
Difficult to set comfortable temperature at night in the room a either was getting too cold from the AC or too hot and tricky to balance it
