Fantastic location within the Old Quarter with the night markets within a minute walk. Great amenities with onsite spa. All the staff were so helpful with organising day trips to surrounding arrears.

Absolutely everything, the staff was very nice and attentive. Breakfast was good, everything was clean, the pool on the 5th floor was a blast during the hot days and in the evenings.
If i come back to Hanoi someday, this place is at the top for me!
Location is perfect for restaurants, bars, shopping around.
Nothing really, everything was good.
