Wow! We had such a great stay at this hotel. The customer service was the best I have ever experienced. It was nice to be greeted every time we left and returned to the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. Rose booked us tickets to the water puppet show, and the staff was always available to assist in finding our Grab. The hotel itself was a welcome oasis after being out in the chaotic streets of Hanoi. Breakfast was outstanding. We would definitely come here again. Thank you for the warm hospitality.
It is very convenient to the old quarter. But the old corner is very, very busy and walking/crossing the streets can be very difficult

Staff we interacted with most were amazing. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels throughout the world and this team really is world class.
Thomas, Rose, Tracey, Louisa, the breakfast team, door staff, housekeeping and even the sky lounge!
It’s genuinely difficult to identify areas for improvement, which says a lot about the quality of our stay! Aside from cheaper prices, of course!
There are just a few small suggestions that could make an already excellent experience even better.
The breakfast was very good, although we noticed that some hot dishes were only available on certain days. It would have been nice to have a slightly wider and more consistent selection available each morning.
The complimentary spa experience was okay, but perhaps didn’t quite match the otherwise excellent standards of the hotel. An alternative might be to offer guests a voucher towards a spa treatment instead. This would give guests an incentive to experience the treatments while potentially generating additional revenue for the hotel. A win-win!
Finally, the airport pickup vehicle was disappointing and didn’t reflect the standard of hotel we were expecting. In fact, it genuinely made me question what kind of hotel we were heading to, to the point that I checked the hotel reviews again during the journey! Thankfully, the moment we arrived, those concerns completely disappeared. First impressions are incredibly important, and ensuring the transfer experience matches the quality of the hotel would make a significant difference.
Maybe more specific tourist knowledge for Hanoi would be useful. Capturing the latest social media trends. A map with latest trending spots for food, drink, photos, hidden history, where to shop!
Staff were always busy pushing high standards. If time/cost allowed we would have loved to spend more time with our favourites!!
These are all constructive suggestions rather than complaints. We had a wonderful stay, and the fact that we’ve had to think so hard to find areas for improvement is a real testament to the hotel and its fantastic team.

Customer service was 10/10, very clean and modern to 10/10 . Wasn't the best breakfast we had in Vietnam., maybe 8.5/10.
They provided a cake for my wife's birthday.
Chris and Viper were really nice, as were ALL the staff
