Everything was amazing, staff very helpful and very attentive. Helped me to book tours in Ha Long Bay and Ninh bunh which was amazing. Breakfast was good as well. Everything you need for a peaceful rest

Lovely boutique hotel with outstanding, kind and hospitable staff. Location is great, room was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent with a nice buffet and an extensive a la carte menu.

Absolutely wonderful hotel in Hanoi! It’s located on a quiet street, but still only about a 5-minute walk from Train Street. The design is beautiful, from the lobby to the rooms, and everything feels modern and well thought out.
The rooms were great, the service excellent, and the breakfast was really good. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
And the rooftop pool with the pool bar was simply amazing — a perfect place to relax after exploring Hanoi. We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel de Lagom and would definitely recommend it.
