I had a wonderful stay at Hanoi Center Silk Classic Hotel & Travel. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Hanoi and very convenient for exploring the Old Quarter and nearby attractions.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist with anything I needed and made the whole experience very smooth.
I also really appreciated the travel services provided by the hotel. The team was helpful with arranging tours and transportation and made everything easy and convenient.
Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, an excellent location, and outstanding hospitality. I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend Hanoi Center Silk Classic Hotel & Travel to anyone visiting Hanoi. I would happily stay here again!
The small room is very hard to stay so I recommend booking a large room

The hotel staff is very lovely ! They immediately gave us recommendations based on the time we had in Hanoï that were closed to the hotel. The hotel is located at the center of Hanoï allowing us to do a lot by foot ! They were very accommodating, especially when we had to book an extra night because of a cancellation. I will 100% come back. The chamber was clean and the bed very comfortable, we also enjoyed the variety of food proposed for breakfast.

The place is very well situated and the staff friendly. Huyon speaks very good french and was very helpful to book the train.
The bathroom inside the room is not ideal for a suite.
