Breakfast was adequate and offer freshly prepared food served to your table. Coffee was very good and served to your preference and liking.
Exceptional personalised service rendered with pleasant surprises like a fruit platter in your room and a going away gift.
Location in old quarter was convenient. Hotel was a good oasis in the crazy chaotic old quarter.

For whom who like to be in the middle of the crowded streets it’s amazing!!
Street view rooms can be noisy during the calling of massage ladies all night.

Perfect location, amazing rooms, clean and luxury property
I asked the reception staff for currency exchange which they said they can get a staff member to go do it from one of the local exchanges for me and will give receipt. I got the currency exchange money 30mins later and was told a rate that was far below normal - the £ is usually 33-35,000vdn I was given at 29,000. No receipt was given, when I then informed the managers of the hotel they discovered that the staff had basically stolen an equivalent amount of 2,000,000 vdn from my exchange and told them it was 29,000vdn to the £. I had gone out to the local exchanges and discovered all were 33-35,000vdn for £. So i questioned it and was informed by hotel supervisor who was very embarrassed that the staff had actually stolen money. I was informed they had quit the job.
