The staff is friendly and gave good tips for restaurants and arranged our transfer, the location is good as it's close to everything but still quiet at night
We had a rather small room without a window so no space to put the clothes etc and I wouldn't say it was particularly good for the money we paid

The hotel's location was good for me; it was within walking distance of the old quarter.
The hotel isn't the newest and it shows, but it's okay for the price.

Bed was comfortable, good location, friendly staff
As others have commented, it’s quite old and run down. The room was tiny (ok for 1 night but we stayed longer and found it quite claustrophobic). We had cockroaches in our room after the rain. It’s in an area of Hanoi that has a lot of seafood restaurants, which you could smell as soon as you stepped out of your room in the morning. The laundry service they offer is expensive compared to other places in Hanoi.
