The staff at the hotel were amazing and so friendly.
Mike and Jason were so attentive to detail it made the trip amazing. Mike and Jason are great to deal with.
Mike sorted us transport to / from the airport and also for our day trips.
My wife left her bank card at the hotel when checking out and Mike made every effort to get the bank card back to us by getting a staff member to drive to the airport and get the bank card back to us before we left Hanoi for Singapore, thanks Mike you did a great job!! Keep up the good work!!
Thanks to all the staff at La Passion you were friendly, attentive and you went that extra mile for us!!
For anyone looking for a hotel where the staff are amazing choose La Passion!!!

Super new and fresh hotel, with very friendly and professional staff. I’d expect this type of hotel in the high end of Shanghai, but it’s Hanoi. The roof pool and bar, and basement gyms were extra plus.
Full disclosure the hotel is so newly built some small parts were still being finalised, but now the hotel is like 99% done, so dont take reviews from a month or two back as the true status.
