This hotel is stunning, the rooms were immaculate and high quality. The location was brilliant, we really thought this was a beautiful boutique hotel.
The bar closed at 10pm and there was an issue with the pool whilst we were there, which we dealt with management directly on, however it was still a disappointing encounter and hopefully won't be one that's repeated and it was rather pricey compared to other places we stayed.

Such a beautiful hotel and the staff couldn’t be more helpful! The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options and the rooftop pool was perfect to relax away from the busy city.

Rooms are beautiful and very comfortable
Breakfast buffet is excellent
Lokated in a quiet street and good area, close to the lake
Staff was not well trained. Every question we had was answered with „I need to ask my Manager“. However the Manager obviously never answered and therefore no one came ever back to us with any Info.
As in every 5 star hotel we were provided with synthetic inexpensive slippers. Usually they are thrown away after they are used and took them with us. Upon departure our lagguage was stored in the car as our driver was already there. After paying my invoice and already outside in front of the car, the receptionist and a colleague followed us to the car asking if we had taken the slippers out of the room and requested to give them back. My question to why as they were used was answered that they will be reused. The idea especially for a 5 Star hotel is revolting. Felt like criminals when having to open our bags to hand out the slippers on open street in front of (by than) 3 staff members and our driver.
Given the price we paid, the attitude as well as hotel policy are more than questionable.
