Had an excellent stay — truly above expectation. Room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with what we need. The king size beds were very comfortable and we slept well. Front counter staff were polite, friendly and always greeting us with a smile. Great value and service!

Lheritage Premium Hotel was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our entire trip! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, and everything about the experience exceeded our expectations. The outstanding hospitality really made this hotel stand out from the rest. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Lheritage Premium Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. We would absolutely love to stay here again on our next visit!

The room was clean with old style decor, which is nice. There was a pool and a bar on the rooftop with city views. The hotel offered a complimentary airport transfer after we have given them some constructive feedback about our stay.
We stayed 3 nights in the Junior Suite with Balcony and the room was so tiny so you cannot put a suitcase on the floor, there was no space at all. It was uncomfortable to be honest. It felt like it is a hotel suitable for a weekend stay with an overnight bag only. There are no restaurants or eateries around the hotel, we had to get Grab to go out to dinner. There were only 2 bottles of water given free of charge per day., if you would like to have more you have to pay for it, which was annoying as the tap water is of poor quality. The food in the restaurant was average as well.
