Friendly staff, good location
Photos posted are fake & AI generated. The gym is extremely minimal, 1 weighted machine, ~6 dumbbells, minimal weights & 1 cardio machine. Extremely small gym.
Room walls are paper thin, and we heard the neighbours TV all night for multiple nights in a row as well as continuous coughing.
Shower has extremely poor accessibility. Large step into the shower/bath, 1 hand rail & very slippery.
We also cannot find the pictures on the website or booking.com for our room. I believe the room photos are also AI generated.

Charming staff who can’t do enough to help! We were so looked after!
The steps at the front on arrival with our luggage - our timing was off when the door man was away from the door for a short while at the time we arrived. We know nexxt time to wait for help.
The twin room we chose was tight on space, the bathroom cramped and the toilet not private - we would choose a more spacious room option another time.

Spent three nights here. The very high point is definitely the staff and the level of service they provide. As good as the top 5 stars. The rooms are very clean and well decorated! , including the crew at the breakfast restaurant! Highly recommended!

Excellent! doesn't even begin to describe our experience. Everything about this hotel exceeded expectations. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and always approachable. Special thanks to Ms Anna and Ms. My Bui at the front desk, as well as Mr Di from the restaurant team — they truly made our stay memorable and became our favorite people during our visit. This is a solid 5-star review from us, not just for the place, but for the wonderful people who make it exceptional. We absolutely loved everything!
