Property was super spacious, the owners have done an exceptional job making this place feel like a home away from home with the decor, furnishings and all the amenities you need - above and beyond what I have experienced before (straighteners, plug adaptors, plenty of storage space, steamer, iron, toiletries) it was so spacious allowing our full family to stay and have plenty of room, it was peaceful and comfortable so after long days exploring we all slept exceptionally well
Alessandro helped from start to finish providing taxi contacts who were prompt and efficient and met us at the property in person to show us around telling us the story of their journey and any information we needed, him his sister and architect have done a wonderful job cannot recommend enough
On our last day we were able to keep our luggage in the apartment itself with a key to get before we left alternatively there was a locked storage room to had this not been available allowing us a comfortable and enjoyable full last day

We stayed in this apartment with my husband and our two teenagers, and we had a wonderful experience. The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable, extremely functional, and spotlessly clean.
One of the biggest advantages is that it has three bathrooms, which is absolutely amazing when travelling as a family or with several couples. The apartment is tastefully decorated, spacious, and very well equipped. It also comes with thoughtful amenities, including bathroom essentials, which was a very nice touch.
The air conditioning works throughout the entire apartment, including all the bedrooms, which was especially appreciated during the very hot days in Rome. It made the apartment incredibly comfortable to come back to after a day of sightseeing.
The host/property manager was extremely friendly, helpful, and, above all, very flexible. We really appreciated his kindness and how easy he made everything during our stay.
The location is also excellent. Most of Rome’s main monuments and attractions are around 10 minutes away, which made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable. There are also plenty of restaurants just a few steps from the apartment.
We were even able to have groceries and meals delivered directly to the apartment, and the area is very well served by Deliveroo, which was extremely convenient.
For a family or several couples travelling together, this apartment is an ideal place to stay in Rome. It combines comfort, cleanliness, location, space, and excellent hospitality.
We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this apartment. We would happily stay here again!

Amazing host, location, and decor/design. Short walks to Trevi fountain and Colosseum. Host was very communicative and supportive. Flexible on timing, where possible. Supportive with luggage. Faultless.
Single bed was small so we used the mezzanine. Suggest they just use a full size bed instead! Wifi needed restarting a few times, if I'm really being picky.
