We loved the location and everything about this cabin! It is secluded but has everything we needed. The cabin is so unique, cozy, and very comfy beds. Hosts were very helpful with where to ride our SxS and very courteous. The national forest trails are very accessible. We had no problems with anything and we will stay here again when we come back to ride. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at the Mossback Outfitters cabin. It was super clean, everything worked as it should, and the beds were very comfortable—especially the full-size bed in the center.Arrival was easy. We met the owner at the turnoff and followed them in, which is the way to go since GPS may route you to gated roads. I’d recommend downloading offline maps ahead of time.They had a campfire going when we arrived, showed us around, and even had wood ready for the next night. The cabin is laid out really well—cozy, efficient, with a great porch swing and nice seating around the fire pit.It’s completely off-grid (solar backup generator and water storage), which makes it very quiet and secluded. Cell service drops once you leave the main road, but the Starlink Wi-Fi worked great. Wi-Fi calling had no issues, and I could easily work from there.A couple things to know: there’s a tub but no traditional shower, and you’ll want a higher-clearance vehicle. We had a crossover SUV and a Suburban—both were fine.If you’re looking for a quiet place to unplug and enjoy nature, this is a great spot. We’d definitely come back.

I loved staying here. The cabin is perfect if you want to get away and be in the middle of the forest. It is great if you have pets and love hiking and enjoying nature. Everything was clean and Mr Bill made sure we had everything needed to make our stay perfect. Thank you for your hospitality and for having us! I definitely recommend this beautiful cozy cabin!
