Cool property, there’s a mezzanine, which allows for many guests to stay at once. There’s a washing machine, kitchen, and good shower amenities.
No drying rack in bathroom, the stairs were not extremely strong, so it may not be able to support plus-size people. The floors were not too clean.No man in contact when in trouble at checkin .

男4人で2泊しましたが、中も清潔でベッドも寝心地がとてもよかったです。キャナルシティ博多まで徒歩3分、駅まで徒歩10分で立地もよく快適でした。
特に、スタッフの対応が素晴らしく良かったです！
気持ちよく宿泊できるのは間違いないです。楽しい旅行でした！

I like the location because it’s very close to hakata canal city. The place is very clean and you’ll have all the basic needs.
I didn’t realize that the place did not have a elevator given that the room we booked was on the 4th floor. Not very convenient for families with young children and babies. The space is very small, you have to take a very steep metal stairs just to get to the upper level where the bedroom “tatami room” is located. The TV is just there for display, there is literally no plug put it in anywhere near it. Same with the microwave, you’ll have to unplug the fridge just to be able to use it. I wish there was a extension cord included. Everything is just so small and not very family at all.
