La signora Julia che gestisce la struttura è stata molto cordiale, gentile e disponibile.
C’è una parte in fase di restyling, ma sono sicuro che nel futuro diventerà un ottimo ambiente

The Host/ Lady is Friendly, kind and everything was cleaned well.
She was also very helpfull, easy going. Borrowed me an umbrella en let my suitcases stand in her location till the end of my day so i didn't have to drag them with me and gave me so a chance to explore more from Valencia centre city.
That the stay is in the centre of Valencia. just perfect.
The host is also still doing up/renovating her location ! she's making it nice and Homely.
Close to Busstops.
That there wasn't an airconditioning. The Fan did help and i slept very well, but onces you came back into the room after a day out it was very sweaty , humid.
TIP: maybe leave for the guest every morning a few sachets of coffee or tea for when they wake up.
