The room was clean and had everything I needed - and even more. I especially appreciated having a washer and dryer right in the room, which you don’t usually find in regular hotels.
The bed is quite small, which may be uncomfortable for taller guests.

It had a really nice rooftop pool and gym, and the place was clean, and the AC worked well
We were running a few minutes late from brunch, tried to get to the front desk to let them know that we would be 10 min late checking out, but then no one was at the desk...waited and got charged 50$ for the late check-out even though we were 15 min late all in all. So don't be even a minute late, or they will charge you because she was ready to charge me for 3min late. The beds weren't great; one shower was way too hot, but the other worked fine. Make sure you bring an eye mask bc the black curtain can't match the Phoenix sun. FYI: A lot of homeless people across the street near the Valley Metro train stop
