Fantastic location, cosy and small but big enough for our group of 4, we ordered the silver birthday package and the decorations looked great! We had one very happy birthday girl
Minor inconvenience was that the sheet provided did not fit the sofa bed, I guess this was just a cleaner error leaving a single sheet instead of a double, but again, no big deal we still loved the room

Lady Pecketts yard is just fab, brilliant location,fab apartment everything you need and immaculately clean and I have OCD fab fresh towels and bedding A* from me and I big thank you to Luke the owner for letting us in early to get changed for our concert. He explained everything in detail about the property and parking. What a lovely lad. Definitely be using again on our next trip to York.

Great location, cozy and homely, a real effort has been made to make you feel welcome. The most comfortable bed gives this a high rating and the managers were responsive and helpful. We’d definitely book again!

The central location was brilliant for our stay and the owner had clearly put thought into it being noisy and had left out earplugs for the guests. The bed and rooms were very comfortable and it was a nice little flat.
The property wasn't in a brilliant state of repair, with several things not working *quite* right (dishwasher didn'topen to release tablets, something up with the coffee machine, something was wrong with the washing machine (see below) bath panelling was broken, bathroom tap was loose from the basin, bathroom window was warped and would not close). It was also not spotlessly clean, with skirting boards and cupboard top (where we tried to store our suitcase) dusty and the washing machine part-full of water. It was not advertised that the bedroom window is opposite a pub's beer garden that has live music every night until 11pm and empties a box of glass bottles into the bin in the alley outside at 7am. There was also no information about what to do when you fill the small bin in the house.
