Great location (for us -- daughter lives about 6 minute walk away). Apartment was HUGE and very well-appointed. Beds were comfortable. Availability of resident parking stickers made street parking pretty easy.
Washer/dryer combo was stacked with dryer on top. No way to reach the controls unless you are about 8' tall! We dragged a chair over but it would be safer if a step stool was provided.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable, very clean, and well equipped. The check-in and check-out processes were also easy and straightforward as long as you followed the instructions provided.
Street parking is required. Although the area felt safe, it could sometimes be difficult to find an available spot nearby. You also need to remember to display the parking permit on the windshield to avoid a ticket, but the host provided the permits without any issues.

The place was very nice and perfect for a quick overnight stay for a concert. Plenty of space, clean, safe clean area.
No complaints. I can see where some people would be turned off by the paint peeling in the showers however they are dealing with a moisture problem and that was stated on the listing, ie, make sure to leave the exhaust fans on during and after showers.
