Fabulous location to UCONN Storrs (15 minutes), 10 minutes to Nth Windham for Walmart Supacentre, 30 minutes to Killingly for Target and another Walmart, 50 minutes to Hartford.
Fabulous customer service, nothing is too much trouble.
Great size rooms, comfortable beds, very good air conditioning.

Clean room and bathroom with anything you need (including iron).
The Inn is just next to beautiful woods.
There is a convenient dollar general store on the other side of the road.
Some forniture is a bit dated.

Great room for the price. Spa bath was relaxing. Very clean.
Not a lot to explore around the area, but that's not the inn's fault.

This young couple is clearly working hard to renovate the property but dont expect too much right now. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean.
No bar to hang clothes even though there is a closet. No chair to sit on. There are some housekeeping issues. The furniture has seen better days. The lighting is that bluish light that makes everything look like an episode of CSI. When the AC is on the flow of air moves the curtain so there is no privacy (I carry clothespins that added weight to the curtain). The carpet, while looked relatively new is a shade of grey that looks dirty at first glance. I dont want to put people off because this couple is working on improvements and needs the income to continue with the upgrade process but had I known what was in store I would not have booked. Will I book a year from now when I return? After a phone call to see if I can be in a better room? Possibly.
