The space
Sunlight filters into a bright, freshly renovated flat where the rhythm of Miami hums just beyond the windows. After a day out in the city, you return to a cool, air-conditioned space with room to stretch out, unwind, and settle into an easy evening indoors. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, offering a comfortable home base in the heart of it all.

The space
This entire rental unit is designed for families, friends, or small groups looking to stay connected to Miami’s energy while enjoying a calm place to recharge. The open living area brings everyone together, with comfortable seating, a TV, and a sound system for low-key nights in. Strong air conditioning keeps the space comfortable year-round, and room-darkening shades help create a restful environment whenever you’re ready to turn in.

Sleeping arrangements
The flat accommodates up to six guests across flexible sleeping options. Two bedrooms each feature a queen bed with fresh linens and room-darkening shades. In the living area, a sofa bed provides additional sleeping space, and an air mattress is available for extra flexibility.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for anything from quick breakfasts to shared dinners at home. A dining table offers a convenient spot to gather, plan the day, or enjoy a meal together. In-unit washer and dryer make longer stays and mid-trip refreshes easy.

Bathroom essentials
The bathroom is stocked with bathroom essentials, hot water, and thoughtful comforts like a hair dryer and clean towels, making daily routines simple and convenient.

With multiple sleeping options, the laundry room is available on site as a laundromat style separate room (it is shared with all building residents with a fee) shared building amenities, this Miami flat is well-suited for families, friends, and longer stays seeking comfort, convenience, and a central location.

Guest access
The whole freshly renovated unit is yours to enjoy! The building is very secure, with locks to enter the building, to enter each floor, and to enter the unit!

There is a huge laundromat style (paid) laundry room on the first floor as well if you need to wash any clothes!

Other things to note
Please note: There is both free and paid street parking, but no designated parking spots! We are working on getting designated spots, but for now, it is just normal Miami street parking anywhere on the street or on neighboring streets.

TO REITERATE: We cannot guarantee there will be parking available right next to the building 24/7! Parking availability changes throughout the day. Typically, there are more spots available during late morning/afternoon than there are at night, so please keep this in mind.

Note:
This beautiful unit is on the second floor of the building, and unfortunately there are no elevators! Guests must go up the two flights of stairs to the second floor to access the unit. Please keep this in mind when booking!
