Set about a mile from Brickell City Center, this entire rental unit places you close to dining, nightlife, and everyday conveniences while still offering a quiet place to reset. Miami’s neighborhoods, cultural spots, and beaches are within easy reach, making it simple to shape each day around your interests.

The space
The flat is fully renovated and thoughtfully arranged for both short visits and longer stays. Brand-new furniture, fresh linens, and practical touches throughout create a space that feels ready from the moment you arrive. Air conditioning is available in every room, and heating is also provided for comfort year-round. A dedicated workspace, WiFi, and Ethernet connection support remote work or planning your next outing.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and casual meals, with a dining table for shared breakfasts or relaxed dinners in. Whether you’re bringing home takeout or preparing something simple, the setup supports easy, everyday use without fuss.

Sleeping arrangements
After full days out, rest comes easily across flexible sleeping options. You’ll find a king bed and a queen bed, both dressed with fresh bed linens. For additional guests, there is a sofa bed with linens and pillows ready, as well as an air mattress if you need a bit more space. Room-darkening shades help ensure a restful night whenever you turn in.

Bathroom and laundry
The bathroom includes hot water and everyday bathroom essentials for a comfortable stay. The laundry room is available on site as a laundromat style separate room (it is shared with all building residents with a fee), making it convenient to refresh clothes during longer visits or after beach days.

Building amenities and access
Self check-in is provided via a smart lock. Exterior security cameras and noise decibel monitors are installed in common areas of the property, helping maintain a respectful environment while remaining privacy-safe. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, along with safety equipment, are in place.

Parking
Free street parking (subject to availability) and paid street parking also available.

Guest access
The whole freshly renovated unit is yours to enjoy! The building is very secure, with locks to enter the building, to enter each floor, and to enter the unit!

There is a huge laundromat (paid) style laundry room on the first floor as well if you need to wash any clothes!

Other things to note
Please note: There is both free and paid street parking, but no designated parking spots! We are working on getting designated spots, but for now, it is just normal Miami street parking anywhere on the street or on neighboring streets.

TO REITERATE: We cannot guarantee there will be parking available right next to the building 24/7! Parking availability changes throughout the day. Typically, there are more spots available during late morning/afternoon than there are at night, so please keep this in mind.

Note:
This beautiful unit is on the third floor of the building, and unfortunately, there are no elevators! Guests must go up the three flights of stairs to the third floor to access the unit. Please keep this in mind when booking!
