Step inside through an oversized front door or wide La Cantina folding doors into a light-filled first level with 12-foot ceilings, European white oak floors, and a striking floor-to-ceiling Bianco Carrera marble fireplace. The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring a large Carrera marble island, custom white oak cabinetry, Bertazzoni 48-inch range with griddle, Sub-Zero refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, and Sharp microwave drawer.



Upstairs—accessible by the floating staircase—you’ll find three spacious bedroom suites. The master retreat boasts high ceilings, a private deck with South Bayfront views, and a spa-inspired bath with dual sinks, a separate shower, and a freestanding tub.



The third-level roof deck is designed for entertaining, with covered and open lounge areas, a food prep station, and a convenient ¾ bath.

Other Important Details:

- Thanks to our cool coastal breeze, most Newport Beach homes do not have air conditioning (AC). Every home comes with fans so you can open the windows and enjoy the beach air like a local. If AC is important to you, please double check if it is listed as an amenity.

- Parking is provided at your rental unit. However, we cannot guarantee your vehicle will fit in the designated spot, so you may need to find street parking. Street parking can be impacted due to proximity to the beach.

- We do our best to stay on top of any remodels or construction happening near our properties, but construction can pop up in the City of Newport Beach without notice. By city rule, construction is only permitted Monday through Friday, 7am to 6:30pm.

-We try our best to keep updated on remodels/construction happening around our vacation units. However, construction can pop up anytime in the City of Newport Beach without notice. N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction.

-This home is equipped with air conditioning for your comfort. Please note that, due to seasonal demand and the potential need for service or repairs, uninterrupted A/C operation cannot be guaranteed.



LIMITED RIGHTS OF OCCUPANCY

Guest is granted a limited, temporary right to occupy the Property only for the dates and times stated in the confirmed reservation and may not establish or claim tenancy or residency, create or present an unauthorized lease, transfer occupancy, or remain beyond the authorized check-out time. Guest and all occupants and visitors must comply with the City of Newport Beach Good Neighbor Policy, Newport Beach Municipal Code, and all applicable City, State, and federal laws; any citation or violation issued by City Code Enforcement, Newport Beach Police, or other authorized authority may result in immediate termination and eviction with NO REFUND, to the fullest extent permitted by law, in accordance with NBMC Chapter 5.95, including applicable permit-revocation provisions. Upon expiration or lawful termination of the reservation, Guest and all occupants must immediately vacate the Property, and remaining at, entering, or re-entering the Property without authorization may constitute criminal trespass under California Penal Code § 602. Trespass is generally a misdemeanor and may be punishable by up to six (6) months in county jail and/or a fine of up to $1,000 pursuant to California Penal Code §§ 19 and 602.
