The staff was really helpful, especially since they changed owners literally right when I arrived. They made sure everything was set up and moved me to a hotel in town while they finished preparing the place. It messed with my plans a bit, but they tried hard to make it work—they even rented a generator last minute so I would have lights and internet if the power went out.
The place itself is quiet and looks good, but it still needs some work. The location is very remote (middle of nowhere, really), which I actually liked, but I think some people wouldn't like. It's close to Nacpan Beach though, in my opinion the best beach in El Nido, and there are some good restaurants and little family markets around.
I stayed 12 days. I'd recommend it if you can ride a motorbike or don't care to walk around 10-20 minutes to reach the small nacpan town.
The accommodations definitely need more improvements and a dedicated staff on-site. I didn't feel abandoned—they messaged me regularly and checked how my stay was going. Power outages are common on the island, and I had two while I was there, though the energy company fixed them in about 2 hours each time(Internet and Lights were supported by the generator - Only no AC). Honestly, it's overpriced for what you get, but then again, it's El Nido—all accomodations are overpriced.
