This is a one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor which is well-furnished and comfortable on the inside but in a standard cinder-block building with thin walls and old windows that stick. The A/C works. There's a smart TV. The kitchen is acceptable. The beds (two full beds in one room) were comfortable. The bathroom is obviously fairly new and very clean. The location is near a bus route but *not* near the train downtown. There is street parking, though that fills up on weekdays due to the nearby school. A supermarket is a 15-minute walk away and some restaurants (including a good Vietnamese place) are under 10 minutes' walk. There's a highway a few minutes' drive away.
As with every stay, the kitchen utensils are cheap, mostly old, and the knives even more dull than in most places. There's no toaster. I don't recall seeing an oven.
