The apartment was spacious and clean. Felt freshly renovated and well-aged at the same time. We found everything we needed for our stay. Excellent proximity to metro and grocery store. Despite a large text of negative sides below, we found them negligible and still enjoyed our stay.
The shower drain was very slow, the shower curtain had signs of mold. Despite looking spacious in the pictures, it felt very narrow with curtain closed, which wanted to stick to my body at all times. Overall, the shower did not feel hygenic and is the place that is really worth improving.
The building is old and sound travels very easily through walls! Some days we were lucky and enjoyed peace and quiet, a couple of other days people kept stomping on the upper floor the whole night.
The location is great, but for some reason all the shady people really were attracted to the narrow stairs, which felt claustrophobic even without them. This is not something the property can influence, but perhaps worth mentioning at least here for other guests. We found the most convenient way around this is by not following Google maps walking route suggestions and by coming from the opposite side to the place.
