Sink your toes in the sugar-white sand and stroll along the magnificent beaches of Indian Shores. This spacious three-bedroom condo at the Beach Palms offers the perfect beach retreat. It's been newly renovated with new floors, paint, furniture, LED light fixtures, linens, and smart TVs.
Step inside and feel your cares drift away as the fiery sunsets melt into the Gulf. Beach Palms 508 is as charming as it is comfortable and boasts a coastal chic atmosphere with lots of extra amenities. Enjoy the lovely private balcony and relax while taking in the miles of shoreline. Tasteful coastal flair features an open layout and beach view backdrop. The living area, with direct access to the balcony, offers inviting furniture and a smart TV. The kitchen is pleasantly appointed with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The dining table has enough space for six people with a bonus breakfast bar for two.
All bedrooms are beautifully decorated and feature deluxe memory foam mattresses. The main bedroom features a king bed, balcony access, a large walk-in closet, desk, and en suite bath. The second bedroom has a king bed, a nice amenity for couples traveling together. And last, but not least, the third bedroom sports a happy botanical theme with a queen bed and bunk beds.
The Beach Palms complex offers additional amenities for taking full advantage of the sunshine and sea air. A spacious pool deck hosts a large, heated pool, barbeque grills, and plenty of reclining lounge chairs to soak up the warm Florida rays and the breathtaking views.
Indian Shores is a quiet beach community just south of Indian Rocks Beach that is popular with everyone from snowbirds to seabirds. It is laden with Florida charm and fiery sunsets and its assortment of shops and restaurants help visitors feel right at home. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, panoramic beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. It is home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the US, and the fun-filled Splash Harbour Water Park.

The property had beautiful views in a quiet, family-friendly area. It was on an amazing beach. The owner provided all of the amenities that are often missing when renting in St. Pete’s/Clearwater area. There were beach towels, shampoos, conditioners, body wash. We only had to grab a few extra dishwasher and tide pods.

The location of this condo is excellent, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. However, our arrival experience was disappointing.We followed the check-in instructions exactly, but the elevator key that was supposed to be in the lockbox was missing. We made multiple attempts to contact property management through VRBO and by phone but received no response for several hours. Our check-in time was 4:00 PM, and we were not able to resolve the issue until later that evening. We ultimately gained access only because another guest allowed us into the building.Once inside, we found areas of the floor that needed cleaning, and some dishes, cups, and silverware appeared not to have been properly washed. Later that evening, the beach access gate malfunctioned, preventing several families from entering the property until another guest let us in. The gate was repaired the next day and worked properly for the remainder of our stay.Guests should note that access requires an elevator key plus separate codes for the pool, beach, and condo. Also, as stated in the listing, one elevator is out of service, and many of the beach chairs provided were broken.Communication improved after the initial issues, and the condo met our basic needs. Overall, the location is the property's strongest feature, but communication, cleanliness, and maintenance could be improved.
