The Space:
Open and filled with sunlight, this lovely, second-floor villa is conveniently located just 30 yards from the community pool at Seagrove Lane Villas, and only 50 yards from the ocean beach! Soak in the serene views of the surrounding landscaped areas from the large outdoor deck, and find complete relaxation in 840 square feet of living space.
What's nearby:
The beach is located just a few steps away, allowing you to easily swim, sunbathe, and take long walks on the sand. This central location is ideal for walking and riding bikes around Wild Dunes, or heading a quarter-mile up the road to the Wild Dunes Harbor Golf Course for a fun round of golf with friends and family. The downtown area of Isle of Palms is four miles west, where you can eat, shop, and listen to live music. Downtown Charleston is just 17 miles inland as well, and is home to some of the most renowned cuisine in the country.

At this time, there is no estimated reopening date.Beach Renourishment: Wild Dunes and the City periodically complete beach renourishment projects, particularly near the north end of the island. During these projects, guests may notice temporary changes to beach access routes or construction equipment staged along portions of the beach. We recommend checking local updates before your stay for the latest information.

Condo was clean and was perfect for our short vacation. The list of amenities at the condo was not correct, there is no ice maker, and there was no communication about down stairs closet with beach items. The TV did not have local tv stations on it and all the remotes were confusing. Oh a main item was the beach accesses. The Seagrove beach accesses were blocked off. We had to walk down the road between houses to find an access, not very convenient.

We had a great stay at this Isle of Palms property. The home was exceptionally clean upon arrival, and the location was fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the ocean.The hosts were friendly, communicative, and very responsive throughout our stay. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and it was clear they cared about providing a positive guest experience.The only drawback was that the A/C stopped working one afternoon while we were out. When we returned, the house was quite warm. The hosts responded promptly and did their best to help, but unfortunately a technician wasn't available until the following morning, so we had to spend one night without air conditioning. While we understand that unexpected maintenance issues can happen, it was uncomfortable given the summer temperatures.Overall, this was a very nice property in an excellent location with attentive hosts. Despite the A/C issue, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again.

This is a very clean, very safe rental. Communication was top notch. Property was very clean. It had everything you would need for your stay - including laundry pods. Plenty of parking. Pool was easy to access. Views were amazing. Checking in and out was a piece of cake. Can't say enough good things about this property.

House was spacious and clean but needed updates. Bathroom sink did not drain at all. No stopper in tub. Bed frame was loose and very noisy when getting in and out. No window coverings for sink window facing street. Arrived on Thursday and the property had a full crew replacing the roof. Crews arrived @ 7:30 and left @ 5:30 everyday including Saturday. Compressors, nail guns and saws. Lots of construction trash and debris.
