The apartment is quite new and well maintained, cleaner does good job to keep the room clean.
There's a washer and small kitchen in the apartment, good for family who have lots of washing to do.
Location, it's walking distance to TRX and Pavillion and lots lots of high end restaurants nearby.
The check-in process is ridiculous and the worse part is with the check-in office on the other side of the main entrance where Google map/Waz would take you to. Receptionist demands 300rm cash deposit and was an inconvience to us too.
The worst experience is the lift, there's always a congestion at the lift, pretty much throughout the day. There's always a lift not working and the pass quite often doesnt work.
Was told they only do housekeeping once every 3 days which is a bit unreasonable imo.

My experience at this accommodation was absolutely fantastic. The room was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I truly enjoyed my time here and would love to come back! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable stay.
