I book 3D2N at this homestay from 19/12 - 22/12, i select the option where the unit is fit to 3 person with 1 Queen bed + 1 sofa bed. However, Owner called me 2 hours before we check in and inform that we need to pay for extra RM30 for third person per day, so total will be RM90 for 3 days. As a owner, you should inform earlier before booking confirmed or state clearly in your page. Since you want to charge us additional RM30 for third person and your sofa bed is just a normal sofa? So what is the purpose you charge us? This is so unreasonable.
Another ridiculous thing, owner text us in second mid night and asking us to move into another unit the next day with same layout + same views because there is other guest who will take over the current unit we stay. This is so funny, since same layout + same views and why don't you get your guest to check in another unit in stead of asking us to move?
An advice who going to book with this owner of you have 3 person, I am sharing my very unpleasant experience with you guys.
