Newly refurbished duplex studio (40sqm and not 65sqm as mentioned in booking description). Keys given in person after easy watsap contact. Not so many amenities but clean place, hot water, air cond and wifi are ok. Many restaurants around, 5mn walk to get to TRX. Mini market close by to purchase amenities.
Low floor (3A) so very noisy particulary on night (motorbikes). Not enough plugs for all devices. Not enough space to store luggages.

I arrived at the accommodation close to midnight, and the owner was there to greet me and walk me through the apartment facilities. This was very much appreciated after a long flight.
The accommodation was modern, with a comfortable living space, couch and TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a separate bedroom with views of Exchange TRX. It also had a decent kitchen with a hotplate, conventional oven, large fridge/freezer, and washing machine, which I made good use of.
The building also offered a huge swimming pool, gym, shared work areas, and a children's play area for families.
However, the highlight was the location. Exchange TRX Shopping Centre and the MRT were just five minutes away. There were also plenty of Asian restaurants, classy pastry shops, and street vendors along the way to the shopping centre.
I felt safe walking around at night and would happily stay again.
