La atención del personal, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. particularmente el de una chica asiática que a pesar de estar en sus primeros dias en el hotel me ayudo mucho a encontrar una clínica para revisarme un malestar que tenia.
El desayuno definitivamente y probablemente la limpieza, estuve 5 noches ahi y no se limpio el lugar, no estoy seguro que tuviera que solicitarlo.

The room was quiet and clean, and even though it's a capsule, the ceiling felt spacious and comfortable. The luggage locker room and the valuables box next to the bed were very reassuring too. The shower and toilet were absolutely clean as well, and they change the towels every day. Self check-in and self check-out were really convenient for a late-night arrival and early-morning departure. It's right in the middle of the entertainment district, so there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, which was handy.
If I had to mention one thing, the entrance on the 1st floor was a bit hard to find.
Depending on the room's location, there was a loud drainage noise that continued through the night. Thankfully, they provided an eye mask and earplugs, which really helped.

Location is amazing, close to metro, buses, restaurants and bars. The room was clean. Staff was friendly.
The hotel has very thin walls, rooms barely have any sound proof. We stayed at the hotel from Thursday to Monday and the streets were full until late at night. Even with ear plugs and windows closed was very hard to fall asleep because of the noise. Besides this, there was a constant and very annoying machine sound that was going on repeat.
