The host was absolutely adorable and super friendly. The ramen, coffee and water supply was fantastic, and using the technology was well labelled and fun to use. The location was lovely, very close to lovely little shops and only a short walk to public transport (both train and bus). It was clean. Adorable decorations, and a game provided but we sadly didn't get a chance to play. The checking in and out process was really easy. We were able to store our suitcases in a storage room on the last day. Loved the rechargable lanterns that we could get to add more light to the room.
This is our fault for not checking but it was up on the third floor, without an elevator, which made getting up and down a bit hard for unfit travellers, but we managed. There was nowhere for us to sit in the room except on the bed, and organising our suitcases and backpacks on the floor, one at a time, was a bit tricky with 3 adults in the room, but again, we managed.

The location - Fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised with pyjamas, because that turned out to be really essential. Available ramen and water for free. Nice traditional interior in the room and outside
The spa was good, but really takes hours to fill in, and water is not the hot

Da localização, da entrada muito bem decorada e acolhedora. Do facto de terem águas, café e noodles gratuitos para os hóspedes.
Não gostei do meu quarto que era o 201. E digo do quarto porque talvez os outros sejam diferentes. Este quarto tinha uma má disposição com o ac virado para a cama o que tornava impossível o ter ligado quando se estava deitada e estando desligado o quarto era muito quente. Além disso o ac estava sempre a fazer barulhos durante a noite mesmo estando desligado. A vista da janela também era para um telhado que estava com lixo e não era agradável. O facto do check-in e check-out não ter ninguém não me agrada. Quando cheguei estive imenso tempo a tocar a uma campainha para poder entrar até alguém falar pelo interruptor e abrir a porta. Acho muito impessoal. A insonorização do quarto não era boa. O hóspede do piso de cima chegou todas as noites por volta da 1h da manhã e estava sempre a fazer barulho impossibilitando o descanso do quarto 201 até pelo menos 2h da manhã, porque de facto ouve-se tudo.
