The apartment was very close to the amenities and a very short walk into the city. The rooms were a good size and the bath was lovely.
We didn’t have enough toilet rolls for a whole week but we just bought some more.
The apartment was very warm but the windows were handy to open. Wasn’t aware that the laundry detergents was not included.

Location was great, beds were very comfortable. There was a good kitchen. We had plenty of hot water and the apartment was warm and clean. I would stay again.
The finding of the lock box and getting into apartment was a little bit confusing, we had help from friendly tenants which was great

Instructions to find the keys and how to get into the building so easy to follow.
Clean comfortable quiet apartment. The couch could have been a bit more comfy.
Excellent location. Ten minute walk from the train station. 5-10 minutes into the shopping centre.
Could have been few milk sachets for the tea and coffee.

2x Nice size bedrooms. Lounge/kitchen comfy.
Rug in lounge lethal! Had to move out of way as moved as soon as stood on. Needs an anti-slip grip on it.
One bedroom window stuck, also has gaping space either side - letting in breeze.
Couple of the spot lights in bathroom not working.
ALL REPORTED ON FIRST DAY - NOTHING CORRECTED.
