There is a dedicated workspace, WiFi, 2 Smart TVs, DVD player with DVD collection, and landline telephone. This 1.6-acre property is not visible from road or adjoining properties, with 170-ft of lakefront including dock, boat lift, canoe, V-hulled rowboat, paddleboat, 2 kayaks, fire pit with ample wood, and off-road parking area, large enough for cars and boat trailer. House sits under a canopy of stately trees providing ample shade in summer months. Great views and beautiful sunsets from the large deck that sits 10 feet off the ground. Property is located 30 min from Plattsburgh, 1 hour from Lake Placid, and 1.5 hours from both Montreal and Burlington. Must see to appreciate. Sorry, no pets or events. Our family has owned Camp Adam since 2000 and look forward to stunning sunsets, the call of the loons, and quiet walks along a tree-lined, no-through road. We invite you to enjoy the beauty and serenity of Chazy Lake at Camp Adam.
Please note, June through August Camp Adam is only available for weekly, or multi-week, rentals - Saturday 4:00 PM through Saturday 11:00 AM. For autumn months there is a 2-night minimum requirement. (Earlier check in and later checkout for 2 night stays.) For those looking to view spectacular Fall foliage, Camp Adam sits directly across from Lyon Mountain.
A refundable security deposit and copy of government-issued ID are due 14 days before checking in. Security deposit will be returned following housekeeper’s cleaning.
Owner cares about environmental conservation. 5% of rental income will be donated to the Chazy Lake Watershed Initiative (www.chazylake.org). Zogics Organics Honey Coconut Shampoo and Body Wash are supplied in bathrooms. Mrs. Meyers organic soaps are supplied in kitchen.
