super mooie plaats, beetje afgelegen maar dat maakt het juist zo gezellig. nog geen 5 minuten stappen van de straat, van daaruit kan je alles doen. de bekende lion rock ligt op 15 minuten afstand, zeer makkelijk bereikbaar.
het eten in het restaurant vond ik iets minder maar dat is misschien een persoonlijke voorkeur :)

J’ai passé un super séjour dans un endroit magnifique. Tout le monde a été adorable avec moi. J’ai eu la chance d’être totalement seule sur mes deux jours et je me suis sentie comme chez moi.
Je suis arrivée assez tard le premier soir et ils ont gardé la cuisine exprès pour que je puisse dîner. De plus, le responsable ne pouvait pas être là mais il prenait régulièrement de mes nouvelles par WhatsApp pour s’assurer que je ne manque de rien, ce qui est très appréciable.
L’endroit est d’un calme absolu. Il n’y a que le bruit de la nature qui vous entoure. La cabane est géniale, pleine de charme et très propre. J’ai adoré les hamacs. J’ai pu faire un cours de cuisine gratuit qui était super et ils proposent également d’organiser vos départs et excursions vers de nombreuses activités. Les repas sont très bons et la carte est variée. Je vous le recommande à 100%

This property offers much more than just accommodation. The peaceful environment, enhanced by the small flowing stream within the property, makes it a perfect place to unwind. The restaurant is well-designed and provides a pleasant dining experience.We especially enjoyed the cooking class and BBQ experience, which added a personal touch to our stay. The availability of both hostel and private rooms makes it suitable for different types of travelers. With friendly service and a variety of activities, this is a place we would definitely visit again.

This hotel is ideally situated for travelers planning to explore Sigiriya, Pidurangala, and Dambulla. Although it is slightly tucked away from the main road, transportation is easy to arrange through the owner.
The rooms are comfortable, and the surroundings are quiet and relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Guests can also enjoy additional activities such as cooking classes, BBQ evenings, elephant safaris, and spice garden visits. It’s a great combination of convenience, comfort, and local experiences.
