All in all I would recommend this property and would come back again but with less people.

Location was good, as we took the rent bikes and rode about 10-15 minutes to the nicest beach. The room was clean and the air conditioning was really important to have.

You have to know, that if you‘re a total of 5-6 people you only have 1 bathroom which makes it kinda stressful to wait until everyone is finished.

Life-threatening safety hazard

Do not stay here if you value your safety. During our stay, water began actively pouring from the walls, and the drywall ceiling was visibly soaking through and making heavy water noises. The property management company, GuestReady, provided absolutely no emergency contact number to call. We immediately messaged them with clear photo proof of the hazard, but our emergency warnings were completely ignored. Because they failed to respond or send emergency maintenance, the heavily water-logged ceiling completely collapsed a few hours later. I had been asleep in the bed shortly before this happened. By pure luck, I woke up to go to the bathroom. While I was out of bed, a massive, heavy slab of drywall and insulation crashed directly onto the pillows and mattress exactly where my head had been resting seconds earlier. If I hadn't gotten up, it would have caused severe, life-threatening injuries. GuestReady support didn't bother replying until the next morning—over 8 hours after our initial emergency warning and hours after the ceiling had already collapsed. They demonstrated an utter disregard for human life and a complete failure to provide a safe, inhabitable environment. Do not risk your life by booking this property.

Excellent modern apartment with a great location and very helpful staff

The apartment was very clean, modern, and comfortable. Everything inside looked new and well maintained. The location was great, very close to the metro and convenient for getting around Valencia. The staff was also very helpful and responsive throughout our stay

Great vacation with a normal budget

The location and layout of the flat were perfect; everything was nearby, with buses and trains in the area, and what’s more, the price was a right bargain compared to the city centre
